June 7 to 13, 2026: No Thanks, I've Got It (You Don't).
Venus meets Jupiter in Cancer, June 10. This week's blend takes the panic out of being cared for, so you can let people be good to you without feeling like you owe them.
A friend offered to take something off your plate. You said you were fine.
You weren’t fine. You were tired. But somewhere back there you learned that needing help makes you a burden, and that kindness always has a string attached.
This week’s transit oil blend recipe takes the panic out of being taken care of, so your body stops treating kindness like a trap.
A lot of us were raised to earn every good thing. Prove you’re worth it. Never need more than you can pay back. This week is practice at the opposite: letting people be good to you, and letting your body believe it’s safe.
Here’s what’s going on in the sky that’s churning these feelings up
Around June 10, Venus and Jupiter meet up in Cancer.
Venus is love, worth, and how you let people treat you.
Jupiter makes whatever it touches bigger and more generous.
They’re meeting in Cancer, the sign of home and being taken care of.
It’s the kindest, most generous moment of the whole month.
Mercury is in Cancer all week too, so conversations get softer. You start to feel who’s actually safe to lean on.
And the Moon is winding down toward a fresh start next weekend, so under all of it, your body just wants to rest.
Here’s the part the sky is poking at. All this kindness is only good news if you can take it in. And for a lot of us, the second someone is kind, the wall goes up.
You’re not difficult. You’re not ungrateful. The job this week is simple: let someone be good to you, and don’t pay them back for it.
This Week’s Transit Oil Blend
Make it once. Roll it on every morning before you touch your phone. That’s the whole thing.
2 drops rose oil
2 drops neroli oil
2 drops sweet orange oil
10ml carrier oil (jojoba, fractionated coconut, or sweet almond) in a roller bottle
6 drops in 10ml, about 2.5%
Someone’s nice to you and you tense up? Roll it on again. When kindness comes in, your body scrambles to even the score:
over-thanking them
offering to pay them back before they finish talking
making a joke so it’s not a big deal
listing everything you’ll do for them later
None of that lets the kindness in. It just gives the panic somewhere to go. The blend gives it somewhere better. It doesn’t run out, and neither does your permission to use it.
Missing one? Swap it:
Rose →
geranium oil (rosy, lifts your mood, safe in sun)
or lavender oil (easy to find anywhere)
Neroli →
bergamot oil, the FCF kind (lifts you up, safe in sun)
or lavender oil (easy to find anywhere)
Sweet orange →
mandarin oil (soft, calming citrus)
or lavender oil (easy to find anywhere)
What the Week Feels Like (and What to Do Each Day)
Each day: what it’ll feel like, what the blend does, and a meditation to search. Roll the blend on in the morning, do five quiet minutes with the meditation, and you’re working with the week instead of fighting it.
Sunday into Monday, June 7 to 8. The offer shows up.
Something good comes toward you. Help, a favor, a compliment, someone grabbing the check.
You’ll catch yourself:
looking for the catch
saying “oh, you don’t have to”
doing something for them first so you’re never the one who owes
Your blend will take the edge off the panic so a nice gesture doesn’t feel like a threat. Roll it on that morning so it’s already working.
Meditation to search: self-compassion.
Tuesday into Wednesday, June 9 to 10. The big one.
Venus meets Jupiter. The kindest moment of the month. Someone really shows up for you, and the old reflex fires right on top of it.
You’ll notice:
the urge to pay it back right away
tears out of nowhere when someone’s gentle with you
a quiet voice saying this’ll be used against you later
Your blend will keep your chest from clamping shut so the kindness gets in, and quiet the part of you racing to even the score. Caught mid-scramble? Roll it on again.
This is the week your body practices a new thing: kindness comes in and nothing bad happens. Once this transit is done teaching it, you won’t need the blend to take it in without bracing. The wiring it built stays.
Meditation to search: receiving without guilt.
Thursday through Saturday, June 11 to 13. It gets easier.
The wall comes down a little. Taking help stops feeling like losing. You’ll be tired, because the Moon is at the bottom of its cycle, so rest is the assignment. By the weekend Venus moves into Leo and a little part of you wants to be seen again.
Your blend will hold that open feeling in place so it doesn’t slam shut, and back up the rest your body’s been asking for.
Meditation to search: nervous system reset.
What Changes If You Ride It
Skip the week and you stay the person who gives everything and can’t accept a glass of water. Same as always.
Ride it, with the blend each morning and a few minutes of meditation, and something shifts. You start to let real kindness and care in without bracing for the bill. Not just once. You’re teaching your body that being cared for is safe, so it gets a little easier every time someone tries.
This isn’t about lowering your standards. It’s about finally believing you’re allowed to receive.
The transit isn’t ruining your life. It’s growing you in the most annoying way possible. And it’s built to be worth it.
How I’m Using It This Week
This one hits right in my relationship house, where Cancer sits in my chart. So it’s not abstract for me. I feel safe being the one who gives. I feel exposed being the one who needs. Letting someone take care of me is the part that still makes me brace.
The collective blend opens the door to being cared for. Mine quiets the part of me that thinks I have to earn it first.
My roller: 2 drops rose oil, 2 drops bergamot oil, 2 drops melissa oil in 10ml jojoba (about 2.5%).
rose: opens the part of me that shuts down when someone gets close with kindness
bergamot: lifts the floor under the “I don’t get to have this” feeling
melissa: quiets the overthinking that wants me to pay a kindness back before I’m allowed to keep it
Wrists every morning, before the phone. When I catch myself turning down help I actually want, I roll it on again.
Meditations I’m searching this week:
receiving without guilt meditation
self-worth meditation
let yourself be loved meditation
nervous system reset meditation
Sneak Peek: June 14 to 20
A Gemini New Moon shows up around June 15. A clean reset for your head.
Will feel like: a fresh page after a soft, tired week.
Why it matters: once you’ve practiced taking care in, the New Moon gives you somewhere new to put all that freed-up energy.
One oil: peppermint oil. Wakes up a foggy head. (Spearmint if peppermint’s too strong for you.)
Oils are optional. The transit is not.

The Nerd Section
The mechanisms behind this week’s collective blend:
Rose lowers cortisol through the HPA axis and supports the parasympathetic state through heart rate variability. Not GABAergic. It opens rather than numbs.
Neroli is GABAergic (flumazenil-confirmed) with glutamate antagonism via linalool. A non-phototoxic citrus.
Sweet Orange is calming, not energizing: adenosine A2A leading to dopaminergic and GABAergic activity, with measured cortisol reduction. Not phototoxic.
The personal blend in “How I’m Using It”:
Rose lowers cortisol through the HPA axis and supports the parasympathetic state via heart rate variability. Not GABAergic.
Bergamot acts on the 5-HT1A serotonin receptor (confirmed by WAY-100635 blocking). The bergaptene-free (FCF) version skips the phototoxicity of expressed bergamot.
Melissa inhibits GABA transaminase (about 40% at 100µg/mL via rosmarinic acid), which is why it calms and clarifies at the same time.
