You know how to disappear. Being seen got you hurt, so you got good at the edges of the room and saying less than you meant. It kept you safe. It also kept you unseen.
This week’s transit oil blend recipe is for stepping into the warm part of the room without your whole body bracing for it.
The Sun moves into Leo and Mercury turns direct, a few days apart. The season of being seen begins, and the words you have been sitting on start coming back. Your nervous system is going to read both as exposure. The blend is here so you can do it anyway, slowly.

Two things turn this week, close together.
The Sun moves into Leo on July 22. Leo is the sign of warmth, being seen, taking your turn, doing things out loud. After Cancer season pulled everyone inward, this is the lights coming up. If you spent the last few weeks small, you will feel the pull to step forward, and probably the flinch that comes right behind it.
Mercury turns direct on July 24, after three weeks retrograde in Cancer. That is the fog lifting. The conversation you could not have, the words that would not come, the decision about home or someone close that you could not make yet, all of it starts to clear. Things said now tend to stick, where things said two weeks ago did not.
Venus is in Virgo and Mars is in Gemini, so there is plenty of mental energy to put the returning words to use. Just give it until the 24th before you say the big thing.
This Week’s Transit Oil Blend
Make it once. Roll it on every morning before you touch your phone. That’s the whole thing.
2 drops frankincense oil
2 drops bergamot oil, the FCF kind
2 drops sweet orange oil
10ml carrier oil (jojoba, fractionated coconut, or sweet almond) in a roller bottle
6 drops in 10ml, about 2.4%
Use the FCF (bergapten-free) kind of bergamot so it is safe in daylight.

The Sun is finishing its run through Cancer, and Mercury is crawling, almost stopped, about to turn. This is the heaviest part of the retrograde, right before it lifts.

a restless, almost-there feeling

The Sun moves into Leo on July 22, and the first quarter moon adds a push. Leo season is the part of the year that is about being seen, warm, and out loud. After weeks of small, this is the turn.

a bit of friction or a dare to act, which is the first quarter moon

Friday into Saturday, July 24 to 25. The words come back.
Mercury turns direct on July 24. After three weeks backward, the fog lifts. The thing you have been trying to say or decide gets clear.

words arriving more easily
Your blend will keep you calm enough to say it well instead of all at once.

What Changes If You Ride It
Skip it and you let the season turn without you. The lights come up and you stay at the edge of the room, and when Mercury goes direct you say the thing in a rush or not at all.
Ride it, with the blend each morning, and you practice being seen in small, survivable doses while the sky is finally on your side for it. You let the words come back without dumping them all at once. You are teaching your nervous system the thing it never got to learn: that being visible and being safe can happen together.
This isn’t about performing confidence. It is about not leaving the room right when it is your turn.
Leo season isn’t putting you on the spot to expose you. It is giving you a turn you were always owed.
How I’m Using It This Week
Staying at the edge of the room is my native setting. Being seen got me punished young, so I learned to be useful and quiet and easy to skip over. Leo season pulling me forward feels less like an invitation and more like a setup, even now. And the thing I have been needing to say has been stuck in my throat the whole retrograde.

Frankincense. Incensole acetate, a Boswellia constituent, activates TRPV3 channels in the brain and produced anxiolytic and antidepressive effects in mice. Human inhalation trials are still limited, so this one is mechanistic. It earns its spot as the grounding note.
