June 28 to July 4, 2026: Put It Down Before You Pick Up Your Crown
A Capricorn Full Moon June 29, then Jupiter into Leo July 1. This week's blend helps you set down the weight that was never yours, so your hands are free for what's coming.
You’re carrying something heavy this week, and if you stop to check, half of it isn’t even yours.
The guilt that belongs to someone who should feel it. The job nobody else would do, so you did. The standard you got handed as a kid and never agreed to.
This week’s transit oil blend recipe helps you set the weight down, so when the next door opens, your arms aren’t too full to walk through it.
A lot of us were trained to carry. Be responsible, be the dependable one, hold the parts other people dropped. So we white-knuckle through, mistaking the weight for our worth. This week the sky pries your fingers open, gently, and shows you that you’re allowed to set some of it down. And right behind that, a door opens.
Here’s what’s going on in the sky that’s churning these feelings up
Two big things this week, back to back.
First, around June 29, there’s a Full Moon in Capricorn. A Full Moon brings something to a head, into the light. Capricorn is the sign of work, responsibility, rules, and the weight you carry. So this Full Moon shows you, clearly, what you’ve been holding that’s too heavy, and which parts were never yours to hold.
Then on July 1, Jupiter moves into Leo. Jupiter is the planet of luck, growth, and bigger doors. Leo is the sign of confidence, being seen, and shining on purpose. Jupiter stays in Leo for about a year, so this is the start of a long, warm season of being more visible and more sure of yourself.
The order matters. The Full Moon empties your hands first. Then Jupiter gives you something to reach for.
Here’s the part the sky is poking at. You can’t grab a new, good thing with arms full of weight that isn’t yours. The setting-down isn’t optional. It’s how you make room.
You’re not dropping the ball. You’re not selfish. The job this week is simple: figure out what’s actually yours to carry, and put the rest down.
This Week’s Transit Oil Blend
Make it once. Roll it on every morning before you touch your phone. That’s the whole thing.
2 drops frankincense oil
2 drops bergamot oil (the FCF kind)
2 drops lavender oil
10ml carrier oil (jojoba, fractionated coconut, or sweet almond) in a roller bottle
6 drops in 10ml, about 2.5%
Picking the weight back up out of habit? Roll it on again. The second you set something down, the old reflex grabs for it:
volunteering for the thing nobody asked you to do
taking on guilt that belongs to someone else
apologizing for a boundary you just set
saying “it’s fine, I’ve got it” when it is not fine
None of that is responsibility. It’s a habit of over-carrying. The blend helps your hands stay open. It doesn’t run out, and neither does your permission to use it.
Missing one? Swap it:
Frankincense →
sandalwood oil (grounding, steadying)
or cedarwood oil (soft and settling)
Bergamot →
sweet orange oil (warm and lifting)
or lavender oil (easy to find anywhere)
Lavender →
chamomile oil (soft, calming, easy to find)
or marjoram oil (quiets the body’s alarm)
What the Week Feels Like (and What to Do Each Day)
Each day: what it’ll feel like, what the blend does, and a meditation to search. Roll the blend on in the morning, do five quiet minutes with the meditation, and you’re working with the week instead of fighting it.
Sunday into Monday, June 28 to 29. The weight gets obvious.
The Full Moon brings it into the light. You see, clearly, how much you’ve been carrying and how much of it isn’t yours.
You’ll notice:
a wave of resentment or exhaustion out of nowhere
realizing a “responsibility” was never actually your job
a hard truth landing about work, money, or who does the heavy lifting
Your blend will keep the hard truth from tipping into panic, so you can see it clearly and stay steady. Roll it on that morning so it’s already working.
Meditation to search: letting go.
Tuesday into Wednesday, June 30 to July 1. You set it down, the door opens.
You start releasing the weight that isn’t yours, just as Jupiter moves into Leo and a door cracks open toward something bigger.
You’ll notice:
relief, then a flicker of guilt about the relief
a surprising opportunity, invitation, or burst of confidence
the urge to grab the old weight back because empty hands feel unfamiliar
Your blend will steady you while your hands are empty, so you don’t refill them out of habit before the good thing arrives.
Meditation to search: releasing guilt.
Thursday into Saturday, July 2 to 4. You reach for it.
Jupiter in Leo settles in and the confidence builds. You feel more like saying yes to being seen. With lighter arms, you can actually reach.
You’ll notice:
more boldness, a pull to put yourself forward
wanting to be witnessed without shrinking
energy for the new thing instead of the old burden
Your blend will keep your nerves steady under the visibility, so stepping forward feels exciting instead of dangerous.
This is the week your body learns that you don’t have to earn your worth by how much you carry, and being seen won’t get you punished. Once this transit is done teaching it, you stop reflexively grabbing weight that isn’t yours. The wiring it built stays.
Meditation to search: confidence and visibility.

What Changes If You Ride It
Skip the week and you keep carrying everyone’s weight, too loaded down to reach for the thing you actually want, same as always.
Ride it, with the blend each morning and a few minutes of meditation, and you start to set down what isn’t yours on purpose, before it breaks your back. Not just this week. You’re teaching your body that your worth isn’t measured by the load, so your hands stay free for what’s actually coming.
This isn’t about shirking responsibility. It’s about finally telling the difference between your weight and everyone else’s.
The transit isn’t ruining your life. It’s growing you in the most annoying way possible. And it’s built to be worth it.
How I’m Using It This Week
This Full Moon lights up my work and responsibility houses, and Jupiter into Leo lands in a part of my chart that’s all about being seen. So this week is the exact tension I live in: I over-carry to feel safe, then I’m too buried to step into anything that asks me to be visible. Being the one who holds it all is how I’ve always proven I’m worth keeping.
The collective blend helps set the weight down. Mine quiets the part of me that thinks the weight is the reason I get to stay.
Frankincense isn’t on my shelf right now, so sandalwood does my grounding.
My roller: 2 drops sandalwood oil, 2 drops bergamot oil, 2 drops neroli oil in 10ml jojoba (about 2.5%).
sandalwood: grounds me so setting something down doesn’t feel like falling
bergamot: lifts the floor under the guilt that comes with putting it down
neroli: steadies the nerves when it’s my turn to be seen
Wrists every morning, before the phone. When I catch myself grabbing back a weight that isn’t mine, I roll it on again.
Meditations I’m searching this week:
letting go meditation
releasing guilt meditation
it’s safe to be seen meditation
self-worth without overworking meditation
Sneak Peek: July 5 to 11
Venus moves into Virgo around July 4, and the energy shifts toward sorting, tending, and caring through the small details.
Will feel like: wanting to clean things up and take care of the practical stuff you love.
Why it matters: after a big release-and-rise week, next week is about gently putting your new life in order.
One oil: lemon oil. Clean, clear, and refreshing. (Use distilled lemon so it’s safe in the sun.)
Oils are optional. The transit is not.

The Nerd Section
The mechanisms behind this week’s collective blend:
Frankincense supports focus and grounding. Incensole acetate activates TRPV3, with BDNF upregulation and NF-κB neuroprotection in mechanistic studies (note: limited human trials).
Bergamot acts on the 5-HT1A serotonin receptor (confirmed by WAY-100635 blocking). The bergaptene-free (FCF) version skips the phototoxicity of expressed bergamot.
Lavender modulates the GABA-A receptor through linalool and linalyl acetate, confirmed by flumazenil reversal.
The personal blend in “How I’m Using It”:
Sandalwood is traditional grounding. Note that it does not work through GABAergic pathways and may increase physiological arousal in some people, so response varies.
Bergamot acts on the 5-HT1A serotonin receptor (WAY-100635 confirmed). FCF version skips phototoxicity.
Neroli is GABAergic (flumazenil-confirmed) with glutamate antagonism via linalool. A non-phototoxic citrus.
